I can feel my skin becoming noticeably smoother right after using this. After application, my skin feels hydrated without any tightness or dryness. I really appreciate that a spoon comes included in the package, which makes it so convenient to use. I was worried that the granules might irritate my skin, and the lather doesn't seem to build up as much as I expected. I have sensitive skin and I've been trying to find the right product for me, and this one seems to be the best! Other products would easily cause irritation on my face, but this one doesn't do that at all. It's so gentle and smooth, which I really love. The absorption is really impressive, and even though I have sensitive skin, it works perfectly for me. My complexion looks so much clearer and more refined now with that beautiful, polished glow. I'm really satisfied with this product. I didn't really have any complaints, but the application could have been a bit smoother. I'm not entirely sure what the slightly gritty texture is, but it really seems to help during cleansing. After using it, my skin feels so fresh and clean, and I barely have any blackheads anymore! I think this product might not be ideal for people with sensitive skin. I just bought this and tried it out, and I'm really happy with it! I've noticed that my blackheads have started to diminish too. It's quite sticky, but it's still usable. I think it's pretty good overall. You can use a generous amount without any worries.

Since my skin gets flaky in spring and tends to be sensitive, I usually skip extra steps, but I love that I can manage my skin with just this cleansing balm. It effectively removes everything from cushion foundation to eyeshadow to brow products all at once. The expiration date after opening isn't listed on the packaging. The amount is generous enough that I could use it for a whole year if I'm the only one using it. You only need a tiny amount, about the size of your pinky nail. Dispense a small amount onto your palm, add a little water, and massage it in with gentle rolling motions.
