The formula has a slightly rich texture that feels really hydrating. It's perfect for most seasons, though it might feel a bit heavy during summer. The rich texture makes me want to skip it when summer rolls around. After using it consistently, I noticed my skin felt a bit brighter, though I can't say for certain it's all thanks to this product. I didn't see the dramatic fading of age spots and freckles that the ads promise, but I definitely felt a gentle brightening effect! The creamy texture absorbs beautifully without feeling heavy, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated. It's definitely worth picking up when it goes on sale! The results don't match the advertising claims. Don't expect the same dramatic effects you see in Instagram ads.

But this product applies beautifully, absorbs quickly, and doesn't feel heavy or sticky at all. The only downside is that there really isn't one, which is kind of a shame. (But that's just my personal take.) The texture spreads beautifully and absorbs wonderfully into the skin. I haven't experienced any irritation or breakouts either. I wish I could say otherwise, but I haven't noticed any visible improvement in my skin's condition yet.

I'm also using this alongside hydroquinone, so I can't say the lightening is entirely due to this product, but what I love is that it's safe enough to use during the day too. I've been using various Aroselle products for a while now and I'm really impressed! The dark spots and blemishes have noticeably faded, which makes me so happy. The product applies smoothly and while absorption takes a bit longer, it absorbs beautifully without any stickiness or residue. Unfortunately, this product just doesn't work for my skin. My complexion became slightly red and immediately felt irritated. When my skin is already compromised, I even experience a stinging sensation. I was hesitant to try other brightening products from different brands because I worried they might irritate my skin too, but this one turned out to be much more sensitizing for me. I'll probably end up using the rest on my elbows. I'd recommend buying just one to test it out before committing to a full purchase. This product applies smoothly and absorbs nicely into the skin. The hydration level isn't exceptionally high, so it should work well for most skin types except very dry skin. I haven't noticed major results yet, but I'm planning to keep using it consistently to see if it makes a difference.
