The fragrance is really pleasant and fresh, which I love. Since you just spray it on, it's super convenient and easy to use. The spray strength could be better. I didn't feel like it did much for my hair. I use it, but honestly, I can't tell if it's actually making a difference or improving my hair. First, let me tell you about my hair type - it's very fine and prone to serious frizz. Regular root perms have left my hair feeling dry and unruly. I've noticed that hair products with silicone might look good at first, but the more I use them, the drier and stiffer my hair becomes. Frizzy hair has an open cuticle structure that's different from straight hair, which means it loses moisture more easily. That's why I've decided to avoid silicone-based products. Since this product is silicone-free, you won't see dramatic results from just one or two applications, but I have a feeling that with consistent use, my hair will become healthier. You can apply it to dry hair, but since it contains protein, I think it works better when you apply it to hair that's been towel-dried after shampooing. The scent is like a fresh forest fragrance - I absolutely love it! It's subtle enough that when you apply it to your hair, it's almost unscented. The spray dispenser doesn't have much pressure, so I end up pouring it into my hand to apply it. I apply it generously to my palms when my hair is still damp and spread it evenly throughout, then follow up with oil. The scent is lovely and my hair feels so much more conditioned. I'm definitely going to keep using this! The pump on the ampoule bottle was a bit finicky at times, which was frustrating. But it looks like they've redesigned the packaging, so once I finish this one, I'm planning to repurchase! If you apply it after blow-drying, it might feel a bit heavy on your hair. I had my doubts since my hair was pretty damaged from bleaching and was feeling really rough and frizzy, but this actually works. It's not an oil, so I wasn't sure it would help, but it genuinely smooths out your strands. That said, like most hair products, the effect seems to last mainly while it's wet on your hair. Once you wash your hair, it goes back to being frizzy again, haha! 1. The scent is... honestly not my favorite. It does fade quickly, but I'm sensitive to fragrances, so spraying it is a bit uncomfortable for me, haha. 2. The spray dispenser is pretty weak. I'm not sure if it's just mine, but when I press with one hand, it feels like it gets stuck halfway through. Instead of a proper mist, it kind of sputters out in drops, and if you leave it like that, your hair gets all clumpy and sticky. You really have to grip it with both hands and press hard to get a decent spray. For best results, spray it all over your hair before blow-drying, then give it another spritz after you're done drying. That's when you'll really see the benefits!

The ampoule feels lighter than their hair oil, though it doesn't deliver instant results. As long as I use the treatment regularly and stick with the ampoule consistently, my hair doesn't get worse. I was dealing with seriously dry, frizzy hair out of nowhere, but just using the tonic and ampoule steadily made a real difference in calming things down. I'm concerned about the fragrance ingredients and whether they're triggering my scalp issues, but I can't say for sure. If the scent comes from natural oils rather than synthetic fragrances, that would be fine, but Aromatica advertises using quality oils for their aroma, so... Still, I'd rather stick with pure oils than risk using potentially problematic ingredients.
