I have sensitive skin, and this cream is amazing - no irritation at all and the hydration is fantastic. It's gentle enough that I can use it with my child too. This is an absolute must-have during the fall and winter months. Unlike my younger child who does fine with any moisturizer or cream, my older one has sensitive, bumpy skin and gets really dry. I picked this up during a sale, and I'm really happy with it. The ingredients are solid for the price, and the hydration is fantastic. It's perfect for applying to sensitive skin during seasonal transitions. The absorption isn't the strongest. Like other rich moisturizing creams, this one has a bit of a coating feel to it. If you apply too much, it leaves a white cast. The absorption could be better, but honestly I still like it. If you warm it up in your hands first by rubbing it together, then apply it to your child's body, it absorbs much faster. This product worked wonderfully for my baby. The moisturizing power is really solid, and I especially appreciated that it's fragrance-free. My baby only uses it on the face, and honestly, that controlled dispensing is perfect for us. For my little one with sensitive skin during winter, the moisturizing power felt a bit lacking. They actually seemed to get itchier, so I've switched to using it as a first step right after bath time on the face. The hydration fades pretty quickly though. I follow up with a richer, creamier product as a second layer. Since we're only using it on the face, it's lasting quite a while. When I mix it with an oil, the moisturizing benefits improve noticeably.
