I started using this on my chest back in March when I had an oversupply of breast milk and needed to reduce it. Since I've struggled with atopic dermatitis since childhood, I'm really selective about what I apply to my body, but this cream is fantastic! It's gentle with zero irritation, spreads beautifully, and absorbs wonderfully into the skin. I've been using the Atoderm emulsion for years now and I absolutely love it. I tried the cabbage cream for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations - it's so gentle and incredibly hydrating. I'm really impressed with how well it calms down redness and irritation. Honestly, there's nothing negative to say. I'm definitely going to keep using this going forward. If you deal with facial redness or heat sensitivity, you really should give this a try. I love how refreshing and cooling this feels. I keep it in the fridge and it makes the experience even better. I don't have any negatives to share yet. There's really nothing I dislike about it.

I love that I can keep it in the refrigerator and use it nice and cool. It applies smoothly and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. After leaving the postpartum care center, I was too overwhelmed to even freeze cabbage and apply it, but this product was so convenient to use and manage. I had severe engorgement, and it really helped ease the discomfort. I used it right when it arrived without chilling it first, and I was pleasantly surprised by how refreshing and cooling it felt! The size is smaller than I expected. Since I like to apply a generous amount, I wish there was a larger size available. I used this for massage before and after pumping, and while I wasn't sure about the proper technique at first, I followed the instructions on the website and it really made a difference. The heat and inflammation went down so much faster! I'd definitely recommend trying the massage method if you haven't already.
