I really love this gentle cleansing gel. It has just the right amount of cleansing power, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated without any irritation. This was my first cleansing gel product. I used to get really tight, uncomfortable skin with cleansing foams, so I switched to a gel formula. I loved how it didn't leave my skin feeling dry or pulled tight after washing. Since I always do a first cleanse with just sunscreen, this product did an amazing job as a second cleanse. The scent is a bit like dish soap, but it's not overpowering so it's totally fine. I was using it regularly, but it looks like it's been discontinued now. If you wish the cleansing gel produced more lather, try using a foaming pump dispenser. I'm really satisfied with how this cleanser removes makeup and impurities without being harsh on my skin. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight or dry—it stays hydrated and comfortable, so I don't even need to apply toner right away. The lather is rich and luxurious while rinsing away smoothly, and the subtle black tea scent leaves a pleasant feeling that makes it perfect for daily use. It's gentle enough for oily and combination skin types, and as someone with sensitive skin, I appreciate that it doesn't cause any irritation. The pump dispenser can be a bit tricky to control, so sometimes more product comes out than expected. The fragrance is subtle, but if you're not a fan of tea-based scents, this might not be your preference. Otherwise, I don't have any major complaints about how it performs. I found that pumping it twice and working up a good lather with a foaming net gives me a much softer and more luxurious cleanse. It works wonderfully as a gentle first cleanse or as a morning cleanser without feeling heavy. I especially recommend using this during summer when your skin feels oily and congested—it leaves your skin feeling fresh and hydrated at the same time.

I have oily, combination skin, so gel formulas work so much better for me than oil-based ones. You only need a little bit and it creates a nice lather without causing any breakouts. I don't have any complaints except that it's hard to find these days... but honestly, that's my biggest disappointment. I used just a small amount when I had some blemishes. This was one of my most-purchased products from Hwaehae. For a gel cleanser, it creates a really nice lather and has solid cleansing power, so I could use it for both my first and second cleanse without any issues. I think they tried to balance cleansing strength with skin hydration by adding too much oil to the formula. Gentle ingredients are the best! I feel confident using it because of the formula, and the price is so reasonable too! There's nothing disappointing about it. The ingredients are great and the price is fair, so why would I be unsatisfied? Plenty of lather comes out in your hands and applies to skin with minimal friction!
