The fragrance is lovely and it creates such a rich, luxurious lather. Beyond that though, I'm struggling to find other standout benefits! This is supposed to be a damage-repair shampoo, but my hair comes out feeling stiff and rigid—way more than with other shampoos. For the price, the quality is really disappointing. It feels so calm and balanced. - When I use just a tiny amount to remove excess oil and then shampoo a second time with a proper amount, the lather difference is incredible. - There are so many harsh, super-stripping shampoos out there these days, and they leave my hair feeling rigid and cause irritation. Oily, flaky scalp plus shampoo - I've been a real shampoo nomad, trying over 10 famous brands in the last 3 years. Now I've finally settled on this one for about 6 months. It's actually pretty good for my oily, flaky scalp issues. (Honestly, it works better than that other popular brand I tried.) It's pricey. The scent is naturally inspired and feels so therapeutic. The shampoo has a lightweight feel that doesn't weigh your hair down. My scalp feels refreshed with no irritation or trouble spots, and it works great even for those with oily scalps. After using it, my scalp doesn't feel itchy at all. The scent is beautifully ylang-ylang, and honestly, I think the fragrance is absolutely the best part of this product Since this product is really focused on repair and nourishment, I find that my hair tends to get weighed down and feel a bit greasy more easily That's why I've started mixing it with other products! I combine it with a scalp-specific shampoo or other lighter formulas to balance things out
