I've been using this product for years now. After dealing with bleached, damaged hair for over 3 years, I was constantly searching for the perfect shampoo. No matter how highly recommended a shampoo was, my hair ends would always split. But since I started using this product, my hair has become noticeably thicker and the split ends have completely disappeared. My hair feels so much stronger and healthier now. My hair tends to be on the drier side while my scalp is somewhere in between, not overly oily. I'm really happy with how it works without any itchiness or that greasy, weighed-down feeling. I honestly can't remember what I liked about it. I picked it up at the store once, and the only thing I can say is that the compact size makes it easy to use quickly. At first, I alternated it with other shampoos so I didn't notice much difference. But once I started using this consistently, I really felt my hair getting dry. For the price, it's disappointing because there are no real benefits, just drawbacks. The smell is overwhelming - it has this harsh chemical scent that's hard to ignore. I have to follow up with a really good conditioner to manage my hair. My hair is naturally thin and prone to frizz, and after coloring it once, this made everything worse. Instead of improving, my hair became even more brittle and the smell is just unpleasant. I feel like I wasted my money and should have just gone with a quality domestic brand. Even the bottle itself is fragile. You're supposed to squeeze the dispenser, but it's so rigid that it actually cracked open. About a third of the product spilled out, so now I just unscrew the cap and pour it out to use. This is absolutely amazing... If you have dry, damaged hair, you have to try this. I've only used it once and my hair already feels so silky and smooth... My split ends and frizzy hair now have so much strength and vitality. People really have mixed opinions about this product. I want to emphasize again that this line is really designed for those with dry, damaged hair. If you have thick hair that isn't dry, it might feel too heavy and greasy on you. The whole range is packed with nourishing ingredients, so if it's not right for your hair type, you're basically wasting your money.
