My scalp gets really dry and flaky during seasonal changes, but this shampoo keeps it so hydrated and moisturized. I don't deal with any of those annoying issues anymore. It's absolutely perfect except for one thing—the price. It's pretty expensive, so I end up buying the larger size to make it more worthwhile. I use a foaming pump bottle from the dollar store, add a little water, and it creates tons of lather. I tried it for the first time yesterday and I really loved it! The shampoo is so gentle on my scalp, and it has this lovely fragrance—I think it might be peach scented, but either way, it smells amazing. I'm thinking I'll need to use it for at least a month or two before I see the real results. After using it, my scalp felt really dry and the flaking didn't improve at all. The dryness did fade over time, but the flaking is still there. To be honest, I don't think one wash is going to make the flaking disappear easily. I'm hoping that after using it for a month or two, my scalp barrier will finally recover. This shampoo has excellent ingredients and is really gentle! Even though I have a sensitive scalp, I didn't experience any irritation or breakouts!! 1. It doesn't cleanse the scalp deeply or thoroughly enough, so I'd recommend using it alongside a dedicated scalp shampoo. Not ideal for oily scalp types!! 2. Compared to the Pink line, Pink is definitely better. The Calming line makes my hair feel too stiff, and the scent is disappointing - it smells more like green tea or something unexpected, which was really letdown. 3. For both the Pink and Purple lines, I don't recommend the treatment masks at all. If you visit the official Amorepacific Naver Smart Store, you can find the travel size that I purchased.
