The scent is beautifully woody! My skin is extremely sensitive with redness, dryness, flaking, and dark spots, and I've been managing it with steroids, but this product works wonderfully without any irritation. It hydrates really well without feeling sticky or tacky at all! If you hate that heavy, clingy finish, you absolutely have to try this. I used pure vitamin C before and my skin completely freaked out—it felt like my face was on fire. But since this is a vitamin C derivative, there's zero irritation! If you have sensitive skin and want to try vitamin products, I'd recommend pairing this with the B Triple C Gel. The price... oh, the price... Every year it gets more expensive and my wallet is basically dust at this point. When I need maximum hydration = Aesop Parsley Treatment + this product When my skin is in total crisis mode = B Triple C Gel first, then this

When you apply this, you end up looking like a minion with that yellow tint, haha. For very dry skin in winter, you won't find anything better than this. It's rich and hydrating, so even when I'm out camping in harsh, cold winds, my skin stays protected and comfortable. The scent is absolutely wonderful, and even after hours go by, my skin remains beautifully moisturized. The price is quite steep. When I apply it generously, my skin feels incredibly hydrated and smooth. This is definitely a product I'll keep using regularly. Apart from the high price, there's really nothing to complain about, though I wish the product came in a larger size. The more I apply, the better the results seem to be.
