It does the job well enough. There's a bit of slipperiness that requires rinsing your hands for a while. You have to rinse your hands for quite a while. But since that's actually how it's supposed to work... it's not so much disappointing as it is a bit inconvenient after using the kids' version. I just keep it in my husband's bathroom. This cleanser does an excellent job removing dirt and impurities from your hands while keeping them soft and hydrated rather than stripped or tight. The subtle, sophisticated fragrance transforms your hand-washing routine into a moment of calm and refreshment. The pump bottle is on the smaller side, so you'll find yourself refilling it more often than you might like. The scent is quite pronounced, which means it might not be everyone's preference.

Yes, it's pricey, but the generous size means I get months of use out of it as a single person. It pairs beautifully with the Resurrection hand cream, and I've been loyal to this combo for years—I've repurchased it over four times now. The fragrance is absolutely divine, so I highly recommend it as a gift. It's expensive, but for an Aesop product, the size is actually quite generous, so I've been using it for a long time. Make sure to use it together with the Resurrection hand cream for the best results.

If I had to find something positive, I'd say the packaging looks luxurious and beautiful, which I really appreciate. I received this as a gift, but the scent is absolutely unpleasant. The off-putting smell that comes through even before opening the package made me wait quite a while before I could bring myself to use it. I did manage to dilute it and make it work somehow, but honestly, it's not a product I'd ever want to receive again. The scent is lovely, I'll give it that. But honestly, beyond the fragrance, there isn't much else going for it. I think people are mostly drawn to it because it's Aesop. After rinsing the lather away with water, it just keeps feeling slippery no matter how much I wash. If you're looking for that squeaky-clean, tight finish, I'd skip this one. It's definitely a product worth buying just because it's so well-known and trusted. Absolutely love it! Personally, the fragrance wasn't really my style. The texture is a semi-transparent, sticky liquid with fine particles that give it a gentle exfoliating effect. It creates a rich, luxurious lather that feels amazing. The fragrance is quite strong, so it's definitely a personal preference kind of product. The price point is on the higher side. After use, my skin feels quite dry, which is disappointing. During the final rinse, there's a slippery residue that lingers, so you need to rinse thoroughly for that squeaky-clean feeling. The fragrance is intense and might not be for everyone. I wish it contained certain beneficial ingredients.
