I took this along with my daily multivitamin routine. It comes in two parts - tablets and a syrup - and I love how convenient it is to carry them separately. The liquid supplement has a mango flavor and is a concentrated formula. It has a slightly thick consistency. After taking it, I feel energized, and I can really notice the difference on days I take it versus days I skip it. On days I don't take it, my body feels heavier, so I can definitely feel that it's working. I found the liquid supplement a bit thick, which made it inconvenient to take. Since it's a high-potency formula, I experienced some mild queasiness, which made it challenging to take every day. I've been taking this occasionally when my energy levels dip, and it's really helped me feel more revitalized. The liquid consistency isn't as thick as an isotonic drink, which makes it so much easier to consume! While that does mean the effects aren't quite as intense, the trade-off is totally worth it because you don't get that lingering, slightly unpleasant aftertaste that comes with really concentrated vitamins. It's super convenient to incorporate into my routine. I don't have any major complaints, but I do wish the price point were a bit more accessible.
