I take Foreman and this product regularly, and I honestly feel less fatigued. Alive is such a well-known brand that I keep coming back to it. Whenever I travel, I notice I don't get as worn out compared to others, which is pretty amazing. I've been recommending it to friends and family because I'm convinced it's making a real difference. What I love most is that it's packed with so many essential nutrients. I absolutely love this! It's such an amazing vitamin product for the price - seriously unbeatable value. There's really nothing to complain about. Compared to taking it twice daily, the amount per dose is a bit modest, but honestly it's not even a drawback.

I compared the ingredients and decided to buy it because the concentration was so high! After taking it consistently, I noticed my nails break less easily. Plus, people have even mentioned that my complexion looks better! I'm not really sure if it helps with fatigue or anything like that... The pills are pretty large and have a strong smell, so they're difficult to swallow. I also noticed that my stomach feels off pretty often after taking them. To be honest, I've tried other multivitamin products after meals too, and they upset my stomach as well, so I think multivitamins just don't work well for my body.
