    1) This supplement contains milk thistle along with six essential B vitamins and vitamin E, and the value for money is really solid, so I make sure to take it regularly. 2) People mention the pills are quite large, but since I'm used to GNC's bigger capsules, I didn't have any issues with them. Plus, you only need to take one pill a day, which is super convenient. 3) It's so much easier than buying milk thistle separately and taking B vitamins on the side. With just one multivitamin added to this, my daily routine feels so much simpler and more manageable. 4) I usually buy it from Olive Young because they frequently offer coupons and run sales. I think the value for the price is excellent. 5) The results feel noticeably better compared to when I was taking single-ingredient supplements. I'm genuinely very satisfied with this product.
    There's really nothing disappointing about it. I have no complaints at all. I'm honestly not sure what else to write here.
