I've been feeling really tired lately, and someone mentioned it might be liver-related, so I picked up milk thistle. I have to say, the feeling is great! Individual packaging would make it easier to carry around, but I guess that's asking for too much, right?

I love that I can get my regular multivitamin and milk thistle all in one convenient supplement. The packaging is so vibrant and energizing—it honestly makes me feel like I'm already on my way to better health! The pills are really large, and I have to admit swallowing them is quite a challenge for me. I wish they were a bit smaller to make it easier.
