• The calcium and magnesium ratio of 2:1 is excellent • Amazing value for the price • The pills are really huge, and it's such a struggle to swallow them every time. I wish they'd made them smaller or split them in half instead.

(Calcium 700mg/Magnesium 350mg/Vitamin D 400 IU) 2) You take two tablets daily. The pill size is slightly larger compared to typical Korean supplements, but I've gotten used to it so it doesn't feel that big to me. I personally just swallow both tablets at once. However, if you experience any digestive discomfort, you should definitely take one tablet after each meal instead. 3) I've read reviews mentioning short expiration dates, but mine is good until March 9, 2025, and it's currently early September 2024. It doesn't seem that short to me. Alive products use natural ingredients, so they don't typically come with expiration dates beyond two years anyway. 4) I'm satisfied because the potency is higher than calcium supplements sold at Korean pharmacies. When I take lower-potency calcium, I get aches and pains all over! 5) One bottle contains 90 tablets, which lasts 45 days. Usually during sales, it's around 27,000 won, and you can use a 3,000 won coupon that comes quarterly. I always buy two bottles during Olive Young's seasonal sales every three months, and it works out perfectly timing-wise. 6) This supplement works really well for me, and I've been taking it consistently for over a year now, so I ended up giving you quite a detailed review! 7) When Alive first launched with their whole "natural ingredients" marketing, it went viral, but honestly, where do you find truly natural ingredients in dietary supplements? They probably just used slightly better quality ingredients. Because of that, I do feel like I experience less digestive discomfort compared to other calcium supplements. That said, some people I've recommended this to do experience digestive issues with it, so I'd suggest trying it yourself to see if it works well for you. This is truly a calcium supplement I love. I bought this after reading that it has the highest vitamin D content among supplements. I've been taking it because I was experiencing some mild facial twitching due to magnesium deficiency. I was worried since I'd heard that taking too much magnesium can upset your stomach, but I'm really happy to say I haven't experienced any of that! The downside is that the pills are really large, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, you might find them difficult to take. By the way, I've read that it's best to take vitamin D supplements after eating breakfast in the morning. Don't take it on an empty stomach!

I picked up this supplement after my health check showed I was low on calcium. The tablets have a smooth coating, so they glide down easily with water without dissolving or breaking apart in your mouth! The tablets are quite large, and while the instructions say to take one twice daily, I find it inconvenient so I just take one once a day instead. I really appreciated that this product contains calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D. What I loved most is that even though magnesium can sometimes cause stomach discomfort when taken in larger amounts, I didn't experience any of that with this formula. First off, I really appreciated the ingredient composition. Some tablets have such a strong smell the moment you open the lid that you don't even want to take them, but this product has virtually no odor even when I deliberately tried to smell it, which made it so easy to take. The price point is quite reasonable, so there's no financial burden. I've heard that as you get older, you really need to stay on top of your calcium and magnesium intake, so I plan to keep taking this. Apparently, people who start taking calcium early maintain better bone density well into their later years. I didn't really have any complaints. The tablet isn't particularly large, but it's not tiny either. I trust and use Alive products regularly! I've been taking calcium for my joint health, and I'm really seeing the results. The flavor is quite strong, so if you prefer something more subtle, I'd recommend trying a different product instead.
