The color is unique and absolutely gorgeous. It's a deep winter tone, but it reads with such vibrant saturation that I find myself reaching for it anyway. I think it would be stunning on cool undertones, though I'd say it's not quite the perfect match for deeper winter complexions. The staying power is disappointing - it doesn't last as long as I'd hoped. Go for cool tones! Deep or vivid shades work beautifully, and you can absolutely pull off yellow or olive undertones if that's your thing. I especially recommend this to anyone who finds that navy shades complement their complexion better than any other color. Here's what I tested, from top to bottom: Ameli Burgundy Peripera Heart Million Peripera Mauve Vibe In person, the Mauve Vibe is definitely a true nude mauve, while the Burgundy has this deep red tone with a subtle blue undertone that's really stunning. Honestly, the Mauve Vibe looks a bit harsh on the lips when you first apply it. The Heart Million gives your face that fresh, clean look, but I noticed a slight neon pink cast that bothered me a little. That said, when I applied it more generously for a bolder finish, it looked great. But the Burgundy? That's my absolute favorite. It gives off such a classic, vintage Hollywood glamour vibe! The uneven application is frustrating. I get that it might be intentional on the developer's part, but do you understand how much I just want a clean, smooth finish? Invest in a lip brush like the Sfumato Brush. Seriously, this thing is amazing. It applies so smoothly and evenly, giving you that flawless coverage. Full transparency though—I haven't tried many other lip brushes, so I can't say this is definitively the best. If you find something better elsewhere, go for it. The real takeaway? Use a lip brush to apply your color. That's what makes the difference.

Why isn't this cooler? I grabbed Vampire because it has that gorgeous orange tone, and honestly, it's absolutely perfect. I need to keep this one forever. I was worried Air Lips would feel dry, so I picked this up instead, and it's surprisingly moisturizing and feels amazing. It doesn't feel like a lip balm at all—it's more like a lipstick Having to apply it with your fingers is a bit annoying. There's basically no color payoff, so once you eat, it just turns into a nude lip. When you get excited and apply it generously, you end up looking a bit too bold
