I loved how lightweight it feels without any greasy residue. It has a clean, refreshing formula that's nourishing without being heavy or oily. My hair has been damaged from frequent coloring lately, and while this conditioner works, it's not quite nourishing enough on its own. I find I need to use a separate treatment to really feed my hair the moisture it needs. I have severe scalp psoriasis and this formula is so gentle it doesn't irritate at all! The texture is quite rich and creamy—honestly, it feels more like a nourishing treatment than your typical rinse-in conditioner. The consistency is pretty thick, so it takes a bit of effort to squeeze out of the bottle. I bought this because the ingredients are solid. It's gentle on the skin and the fragrance is just right. It's mild enough, but I honestly can't tell if it's doing anything special. Eventually, I ended up applying a thicker layer to get better results.

It has that ideal medium-weight conditioner feel. Softness: I'm really impressed. I usually struggle with static in my hair, but when I use this, my hair stays calm, shiny, and static-free. Even when my hair is severely tangled, one application makes it silky and smooth again. I can brush through without any pain or tugging. This is honestly a must-have for anyone dealing with static hair. And the best part is my hair doesn't get weighed down or greasy. Packaging: The packaging is honestly the biggest drawback and a real frustration. It's so difficult to keep it standing upright. It keeps tipping over no matter what I do, and by the time I'm near the end of the bottle, I have to lay it on its side. Then I have to tap it repeatedly to get the conditioner out into my hand before applying it, which is annoying. I wish they would switch from this rectangular shape to a cylindrical bottle instead. That would make it much more stable to store upright and easier to use without needing a pump. I really appreciate the quality ingredients in this product. After washing, my scalp feels comfortable with no itching or irritation, which is exactly what I was looking for. I was hoping for that silky, smooth hair feel, but honestly it didn't deliver that for me. If you're someone who uses hair wax or spray products, you might want to consider something else.
