The product stays true to being a glycolic acid mask - it's dedicated to exfoliation and does have some kick to it. The scent is like pumpkin porridge plus a hint of herbal notes haha The irritation isn't too intense and it's bearable overall, but if you're using it for the first time or don't know what glycolic acid is, you might find it pretty strong. Still, it's decent enough. They emphasize the enzyme for exfoliation, but the actual percentage of glycolic acid isn't listed on their website. However, since Korean retailers still don't carry it, it seems like it's not weak at all. It's hard to say they just don't stock it since it's their flagship product... so either it's stronger than Korean regulations allow or there's another reason. For people who exfoliate regularly, this isn't a dramatic game-changer. Other than that, the ingredients are really solid. The exfoliating power is weaker than expected. Sure, if your goal is just light massage-like relaxation, it's fine, but for people who do chemical exfoliation once a week due to busy schedules, it might be too gentle. Of course, it depends on individual skin, so it's not absolute. If you cleanse with warm water, it can feel intense. Make sure to do your calming cleanse with cool water instead. If you focus a bit more on your nose area, it becomes a bit more worthwhile.

Though I get that some people might not be into that scent. If you leave it on too long, it gets really irritating. I left it on once and my skin turned red - I was so startled! I'd recommend rinsing it off after a short amount of time to be safe.
