This is amazing for cooling down after a workout! The gel-like aloe formula is so refreshing and soothing - it's exactly what I need after exercise. I do recommend this to friends, but they always say the same thing - there's no scoop, so I have to apply it with my hands every time, which is messy. Please improve the packaging or at least include a spatula! Keep it in the fridge!
