I used this because it was ranked number one on Coupang and seemed convenient, but I really regret it. Why is this even the top product? After reading the one-star reviews, I realized so many people are having the same experience as me. I normally don't use casual language in reviews, but this product irritated my eyes so badly that I'm genuinely frustrated enough to break my own rule. Ingredients like citric acid seem way too harsh to use daily around the eye area with a pad. I used it every day for two weeks because it was convenient, but after cleansing and doing my skincare routine, my eyes feel stinging and burning. I came here and read other reviews, and everyone's describing the exact same symptoms. Every time I do my skincare after cleansing, it's so uncomfortable I could scream. I've switched back to Illiyoon Eye Remover. Just because this product sells really well doesn't mean you won't have a bad reaction to it. Don't take the risk of trying something new. Stick with the eye makeup remover and cotton pads you normally use with good ingredients instead.

This makeup remover pad does an amazing job removing both concealer and foundation! I always pack it when I travel. Mascara takes a few swipes to come off completely, but honestly, everything else removes so easily!
