That said, if you have a sensitive or compromised skin barrier, I'd skip this one. It seems to be the only downside for me. Even when I used a generous amount of product to create lots of lather, there was still significant residue left behind. Combination skin that leans toward dryness, with enlarged pores and sensitivity I've been using this for about six months now. After going through pregnancy and childbirth, I barely have time to care for my own skin. Between diaper changes and feeding schedules, finding a moment for myself feels impossible. So I'm always on the hunt for a cleanser that can do it all—exfoliation, pore care, everything in one step. Honestly, when you're drowning in parenting duties, convenience is everything. This product is practically made for me. It's a powder-form cleansing foam, and as soon as I start washing, the fine particles work to gently remove dead skin and refine my pores. After cleansing, my skin feels hydrated and never tight or uncomfortable. The powder dissolves so smoothly that it doesn't feel harsh on my sensitive skin at all, which I really appreciate. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the powder form itself. Since it's loose powder, it tends to spill everywhere without warning. The powder comes out pretty generously, which makes it hard to control how much I'm using. I end up wasting quite a bit, and I can never seem to use the same amount twice. It's frustrating to see product going to waste every single time. When I bought it from the store, it came with a foaming pump bottle, but I was too lazy to use it. I've only used it twice, so I can't really tell if it's working yet. I think I need to use it more to see real results. My skin is thin and sensitive, and while it felt okay the first time I used it, I applied it again the next day and my skin turned red, felt irritated, and started itching. If you have sensitive skin like me, I'd suggest using this only once a week at most, or skipping it altogether. If you do decide to use this despite having sensitive skin, make sure the granules dissolve completely and apply it with a very gentle touch—don't press hard. During pregnancy, my face became dry and flaky, so my usual Senka cleanser wasn't working for me anymore. I'd been using enzyme cleansers before, but this time I chose Ariel with job's tears for a gentler option. The texture felt mild and non-irritating, and right after using it, my skin didn't feel tight at all. I loved how it gently smoothed away the flakiness. What's great is that you can also use it like a scrub or mask, so I definitely recommend it. I didn't really find any downsides. The feel was pretty similar to other enzyme cleansers I've tried before.

It's gentle, creates a nice lather, doesn't feel tight after cleansing, but leaves your skin feeling refreshed and clean. It's perfect for a lightweight daily routine, seriously! I'm already on my second one! Since it's slightly acidic, I don't use it every single day and alternate it with an alkaline foam cleanser. I switched from another brand's enzyme powder and I'm really impressed. It creates a nice lather and seems to work wonderfully for exfoliating away dead skin.
