This foundation offers better coverage than a cushion compact, and the staying power is impressive too. When applied with a light hand, it doesn't transfer as much. The matte finish makes it perfect for summer wear. The applicator isn't included, so you'll need to buy a separate puff. That said, using a puff gives you better results than applying it with your fingers.
