Since it has a water-based formula, it absorbs beautifully and really helps control that inner dryness. Other toners are either cheap but come in huge quantities, or the good ones feel way too pricey. This one lasted me about four months, and the price point is so reasonable that I'm actually going through my third bottle right now! I've heard that water toners are better for dry skin! Since my skin tends to be dry, I tried this product and it worked out great for me. Other toners only work while the cotton pad is on my skin, but the heat doesn't really go away after I remove it. With this one, when I soak a cotton pad and apply it, it actually cools everything down completely. I was hesitant about trying a fragrance-free formula at first, but I'm really impressed with how well it works. I don't really have any complaints. What didn't work: - There were no positive effects - Starting the day after I began using it, I noticed a couple of blemishes appearing. I was skeptical, so I stopped for a bit and tried again, but breakouts started showing up on my face right away. I decided to stop using it because I was worried things would get worse if I kept going. This product just wasn't right for my skin, which was really disappointing. I need to go back and check which ingredients might have caused this reaction. I've never experienced breakouts like this before, and it's frustrating.
