I'm actually really happy with how it's working for me! The only thing is that it takes a bit longer to rinse off completely. I was disappointed to discover that this cleansing oil requires an additional product to remove it properly. It's frustrating that regular water alone won't wash it away. I picked up a portable kit when I bought the ampoule and gave it a try, but it wasn't really for me. I thought it was just a regular cleansing oil, so after rolling it on, I tried to emulsify it with water by rubbing it in. But the emulsification didn't work well, so I looked into it and found out I needed to use a separate product called Phyto Active instead of water. When I dispense it into my palm, it comes out smoothly, but once I start massaging it in, the thick texture makes rolling uncomfortable. After rinsing with just water, I kept feeling that slippery oil residue, but once I used a second cleansing product, the slipperiness went away. I had to go into the detailed product page to find out that you need to use a different product for the emulsification process, so I'm guessing there are other people like me who just rinse it off with water. It's not just an eye makeup remover, but it cleanses eyeliner beautifully without any eye irritation! Even though I have combination skin, I haven't experienced any breakouts and there are no downsides - I've been repurchasing this product over and over again.
