This is my daily go-to toner! The formula is a bit richer than typical toners, but it spreads beautifully and absorbs wonderfully into the skin. My complexion is on the sensitive side, yet I haven't experienced any irritation or breakouts at all—I'm using it every single day without worry. It locks in moisture perfectly, and here's the best part: it doesn't cause any pilling or lifting when I apply my makeup on top. I'm absolutely thrilled with this product! I've been using it for a few weeks now and I haven't found anything to complain about yet. Once I finish the bottle, I'm definitely planning to repurchase it!

Used from early February through early April. Toner applied in at least 4 layers every time. I got to try this product thanks to winning an event, and it really showed me the difference between a great deal and investing in quality skincare. I've written reviews raving about budget-friendly options like Daiso's toner, but honestly, this product's performance is noticeably superior. While it flows like water, it doesn't feel completely watery - there's a slight tackiness to it on the skin. For a water toner, it does an impressive job keeping dryness at bay, so I can actually get away with fewer layers than usual. Considering I used this during the depths of winter, the hydration level is genuinely impressive. Early February was brutally dry and I did notice some tightness, but as the weather warmed up, the hydration felt completely adequate. I think people with combination to oily skin would do great with this even in winter, while those with dry skin might prefer saving it for summer. There's no irritating fragrance or sensitivity issues either. It's honestly such an easy, no-fuss product that works beautifully for just about anyone. The downside is I didn't notice any brightening results, which is disappointing. I've tried several other niacinamide products and seen real improvements with some of them, but even after using this for over two months, I didn't detect any visible brightening effect. That's a letdown. Plus, when you're mainly paying for hydration, the price point feels a bit steep. My mom used this product before, and honestly, it just flowed like water. I never heard her say anything particularly positive about it. It's just so-so, neither good nor bad. It doesn't have that super-fast absorption feeling, so I wouldn't say the absorption is exceptional, but it's a great lightweight toner for daily use. As a brightening product, it's hard to expect dramatic lightening results, and since I haven't used it long enough, I didn't expect major brightening effects. That said, it does hydrate really well, which made my skin look more radiant. Not like my skin tone became dramatically brighter or anything, but it's such a pleasant texture to pat on morning and night. Overall, I think this is a solid product that performs well.
