This product is incredibly lightweight and adheres beautifully to the skin. I was genuinely surprised when I applied it. The porcelain skin effect is such a perfect description. Even though my skin has flaking and visible pores, it applies smoothly without any patchiness, which I really appreciate. It goes on thin and gives such a naturally beautiful, bare skin finish. The texture is unique, and while it's labeled as a serum, it's definitely lighter than most BB creams. Those with oily skin might experience some darkening, but it seems perfect for summer when you want something really lightweight to wear. My skin tone is fair, and the shade works quite well for me, so I'll definitely be using this regularly. I checked the Baru Lab website and they're selling products with expiration dates through July 2024 at incredibly low prices (under 5,000 won). After paying 3,000 won for shipping, it's still a great deal. I was curious, so I ordered it, and I'm really impressed. I'm planning to purchase the full-size version with a longer shelf life later. I'm hoping the price stays this good, so I wanted to share my thoughts. The coverage is a bit disappointing. You really need to use a concealer, otherwise it looks too much like bare skin. There is some darkening that occurs. The white container is pretty, but if you apply the BB cream carelessly, it might get dirty. Because it contains mineral ingredients, those with dry skin need to prep and moisturize well before applying. I'd say the gentle ingredients and hydrating texture are the real standouts here. If you have a fair complexion, you might find the shade a bit too dark for you. I wish there were more color options available, but since it only comes in one shade, that's a bit disappointing. I have sensitive skin that tends to break out depending on the product, but this one doesn't trigger any breakouts for me. The coverage is pretty decent too. One light layer doesn't cover much, but when I apply it two or three times on the areas I want to conceal, it gives me enough coverage. I'm already on my second tube and buying it with my own money, so I'll definitely repurchase it unless I find something equally good to replace it with. Honestly, there's not much I'd complain about. Since it's a BB formula, my hair sticks to my face a little bit, which is a minor downside, but that's just how it is with anything that isn't a powder foundation.
