The color payoff is beautifully natural and blends seamlessly. It works wonderfully with neutral tones without any fuss. While I do appreciate the matte finish, it does tend to emphasize dry patches and texture on the skin.

Adherence / Lightweight / Powdery Finish - I'm absolutely thrilled with how lightweight and smoothly this applies, just like coloring with a crayon. It adheres beautifully to my lips and delivers such a natural, vibrant lip color that looks like my own lips are just coming alive! If you're looking for that soft, matte finish, this is definitely the one for you. Note for Reference This shade is more subdued than shade 9. On my skin tone, shade 9 comes across as a lovely pink-coral, while shade 8 leans toward a more muted plum. These are just my personal observations and how the colors appear on me, so please take that into account when deciding! I really love mlbb products, but I noticed that shade 202 is in literally everything they make. It irritates my lips though, so I can't use it. This one doesn't have that shade, but the color is so similar that I'm using it happily instead. Still, it just doesn't quite match that 202 shade. Shade 22 is a warm tone. I've been using it regularly when I want to create a cool-toned makeup look. I purchased this shade online, but as someone with warm undertones, it's been challenging to use unless I'm going for a cool-toned makeup aesthetic. I let it sit for a while, but I've started using it recently!
