I could definitely feel this supplement doing its job! There's a noticeable difference between taking it and skipping it. The pills are way too big, and honestly, most diet supplements seem to have oversized capsules. It's frustrating to swallow. I'm really impressed with this product! I haven't been using it long enough to see dramatic weight loss yet, but I have a good feeling that if I keep taking it consistently, I'll definitely notice real results. I haven't seen any effects yet, but there's definitely a difference compared to not taking it at all.

I was holding out to place an order, and I'm so glad I did. Everyone kept raving about Cissus, so I decided to give it a try, and honestly, it works better than other products I've used. What I really appreciate is that the Cissus content isn't extremely high, which means the formula is gentle on my body and doesn't contain harsh ingredients. I actually saw it on a home shopping channel and ended up sharing it with my mom. While it doesn't work exactly like the research claims, if you combine it with a solid diet and exercise routine, it really does make a difference. It's been especially helpful in controlling my appetite and reducing how much I eat. I've even noticed my belly fat has started to reduce a bit. It's convenient to take, but I feel like the packaging might be a bit excessive, and there's quite a bit of waste generated.
