This product is compact and super portable, which I really love. It's such a well-known brand that I definitely recommend it! I'm taking breaks between uses this year because I'm worried it might not be as good for me right now, so I'm using it on and off.

I normally have a really sensitive digestive system and skin, but this probiotic supplement has been amazing because it actually works for both issues. Beyond just the probiotics themselves, I chose this product specifically because it contains so many beneficial ingredients that are great for skin health. My skin feels noticeably less dry than before, and I'm really happy with the results. The price is quite steep. I noticed great results the next day. I really appreciated that it comes in pill form, which makes it so convenient to take, and compared to other women's probiotic supplements, the price point is quite reasonable. Taking just one pill didn't seem to make much of a difference, so I started taking two at a time. While my digestion improved noticeably, I didn't feel as much benefit for my intimate health as I was hoping for with a women's probiotic formula. Taking two pills at once turned out to be a game-changer for me. I really loved how easy these capsules are to swallow since they're so small and lightweight. They go down smoothly without any hassle! I've only been taking these for about three months, so I'm not entirely sure yet, but I haven't noticed much of a difference compared to before. Once I hit my late twenties, I became more conscious about my health and started taking it regularly. I can't really think of any downsides. It's just that since it's a health supplement, it's hard to expect immediate results.
