Since I have knee issues, I heard that taking collagen can help, so I'm planning to use it consistently going forward. I've tried collagen supplements before, but the tablets were large and hard to swallow, and with fish collagen, the taste and smell were off-putting. But this collagen supplement has a refreshing flavor that masks any unpleasant taste, making it easy and convenient to take. I'm really satisfied with it! The price is expensive? The formula contains so many different ingredients mixed together to create the flavor. Thinking about the cost-effectiveness and the actual collagen content, it might be better to just buy fish collagen from the supermarket instead. Since each serving comes individually packaged, it's perfect for carrying in your bag. Since consistent use is what makes it effective, I plan to take one packet every single day. I was using another low-molecular collagen powder before, but this one is so much less sweet, which I really appreciate! Plus, it comes in one large container, so I'm generating less waste, and I love that. The powder is incredibly fine and smooth, making it super easy to consume. And the best part is that it's one packet per day, which is so convenient! The powder is so fine that if you're not careful when pouring it, some particles can go up your nose, which is annoying. You really have to hold your breath while taking it. Compared to other low-molecular collagen products, opening the packets is quite difficult. You have to tear it at just the right spot, and honestly, most of the time it doesn't tear cleanly anyway. It's a bit frustrating!
