I decided to try this product since it's so well-known. My second child has really rough, bumpy skin texture, and whenever I apply this, it smooths out so quickly. I'm really happy with how well it works, and I love that it's fragrance-free too. I didn't realize they had a cream version! It really helps improve skin barrier function, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry at all. The texture glides on beautifully too. I'm waiting for a larger size option to be released. Skin type: Severely dry underneath the surface, contact dermatitis plus atopic dermatitis, cannot use active ingredients, unpredictable skin reactions, used to be combination but recently extremely dry. This is a fragrance-free product. The texture and spreadability are like a moisturizing gel cream. It's not just oil-heavy, and it's not one of those water-based creams that evaporates either. It's a balanced blend of oil and moisture. With sensitive skin, when you apply something too thick and heavy, it actually irritates more. No matter how good a product is, you end up not using it after a few applications. But this applies so smoothly without being overly heavy at all. After application, there's no sticky residue on my face. There's just the right amount of gentle oil feel. I can definitely tell that all 26 common allergens have been removed. When I applied it even during a flare-up, there was no stinging or itching. The fact that it's made domestically gives me so much more confidence. I highly recommend this for atopic skin. The feel was great and everything was good, but the 100-hour moisturizing claim doesn't seem to apply to sensitive skin. I'll admit it stays moisturized for about 6 hours. My skin is currently flaring up and I have extremely dry skin underneath, so I'm reapplying every 6 hours. Even with frequent reapplication, my skin isn't itchy or stinging. It's the best. If your skin is flaring up and unbearably dry, and other products make it turn red, just use this one product alone. You don't need toner, ampoule, or essence. After using just this for a few days, you'll notice it gradually calms down. Since I have very thin, easily reactive skin, I didn't want to use steroid creams, so I tried everything and actually stopped skincare completely. That helped with the redness, but the internal dryness was painful. When I used ceramides or panthenol, my skin flared up even more. Just try applying this one product. This product and the hyaluronic acid cream from Iz and XX are both excellent. Applies smoothly and absorbs beautifully - if you use too much, it sits on the surface, so just a tiny amount applied thinly once is plenty. You can cleanse with just water and it rinses off easily, which tells me the formula isn't overly oily. Works wonderfully on the body too and leaves skin feeling incredibly soft. The scent is a subtle almond fragrance that's gentle enough that I don't think anyone would dislike it. If you don't control the amount, absorption takes longer and the product sits on top of your skin. You really need to apply it in thin layers with small amounts to get good absorption. My baby's skin was extremely dry, but I came across a promotional video on social media and decided to give it a try. The scent is subtle and delicate, and the moisturizing power is absolutely fantastic. After using it consistently, my baby's skin has improved dramatically. I really don't have any complaints. It seems to work better during spring and fall rather than winter. Actually, on really dry days, I mix it with oil and apply it together, and it spreads even more smoothly.
