I will say it's a bit thin for use as an exfoliating toner, so I'd suggest using it as a mask pack instead. Since the size is quite large, I can tear one pad in half for each cheek, and then use the pieces on my forehead, lips, and chin area. It works like a charm! For a pad, it's a bit pricey. That said, it's as hydrating as a mask pack, so I'm torn about repurchasing. For someone with dry skin like me, it's perfect, but I wonder if it might feel too heavy for those with oily skin. Skin Type: Face is oily and combination, Body is very dry Pad: Soft lavender-toned pad with excellent adhesion and thin texture. Since it tears easily, I apply one pad to each cheek and split one between my nose and chin for the perfect 3-minute hydrating mask. This is honestly the best way to use it. Formula and Application: The formula flows like water and spreads beautifully. When I first opened it, there was plenty of essence with a nice dewy feel. With pad products, they usually dry out if you keep opening and closing the lid, but this one stayed hydrating all the way to the end. Even when I use it as an exfoliating toner on my face, the pad material is so soft and gentle that it never irritates my skin. Absorption: It feels like a watery toner, but once it absorbs into my skin, it leaves a subtle moisturizing finish. This product is apparently so popular that most people at the luxury boutiques use it. For oily skin in summer, I skip extra steps after using this toner and go straight to sunscreen, which keeps my skin from feeling heavy. In winter, it works perfectly as a hydrating toner alternative. Ingredients: Clean formula with no irritation. Scent: Virtually fragrance-free. Drawbacks: Price: It's really expensive. You can really feel the hydration boost. Plus, makeup applies beautifully over it. I've heard this pad is already famous for how well makeup sits on top. The moisture retention is unbeatable. You know how most hydrating pads lose all that moisture within five minutes when used as a mask? This one easily holds strong for 20 minutes - the pad stays dewy even after masking. It's truly impressive. This product is really effective at calming irritated skin, and it has more of a nourishing feel than I expected, so I think people with dry skin will absolutely love it. I have oily skin myself, but I use it as a toner mask alternative when breakouts appear, and it actually prevents them from getting worse and soothes my skin beautifully. The ingredients seem really high-quality, so I'm very satisfied with how it's working for me. I think I'll get even more use out of it during the winter months. The pad size is also generous, which I really appreciate. For oily skin types, there's definitely a slightly greasy feeling to it. There's nothing majorly disappointing about the product overall, but the container lid doesn't seem to close completely, which feels a bit unsatisfying.
