It glides on smoothly with a light, dewy finish that feels nourishing without any stickiness. The application feels really pleasant. This caused breakouts. After applying it a few times, I wasn't sure if it was the culprit, so I stopped using it. When I tried it again after my skin cleared up, it felt slightly itchy and caused bumpy texture on my forehead. The irritation was immediate, so I washed it off right away. Even after cleansing, my skin felt irritated and itchy with a painful sensation. This mineral base has a brightening effect too, so it's perfect for everyday wear I've been using this for 3 to 4 months now, and since I have combination skin with oiliness mainly in my T-zone, it worked great on my forehead. But my cheeks got really dry and I broke out in tiny bumps, which was frustrating.
