I have a sensitive scalp, so I use a gentle shampoo, and this one feels really mild and works great for me. My scalp feels thoroughly cleansed without any irritation, and it stays moisturized without that tight, uncomfortable feeling after washing. This product is absolutely perfect for sensitive scalp, and I'm really happy with the results. The lather is a bit light, so rinsing takes longer than I'd like. I have oily, combination skin that tends to get greasy quickly, and my hair is fine with some hair loss concerns The oil buildup comes back faster than I expected by the next day, which is disappointing. I heard they're reformulating this soon, so I'm hoping they've made some improvements. I'm planning to give it another try once the new version comes out

It's not a perfect product, but I really love the ingredient list, and it's been surprisingly gentle on my scalp since I developed seborrheic dermatitis. It does a great job of calming down the itching, so it's become a staple in my routine. I wish the price point was a bit more affordable, and I'd love to see a larger size option available.

My hair feels nicely conditioned, the lather is really rich and luxurious, and the cleansing power and oil control are impressive. The ingredients are excellent too. It's clear this shampoo was thoughtfully developed with real care and attention to detail. I didn't have any issues with it before, but after using about half the bottle, I've noticed a few breakouts appearing. I'm not entirely sure if it's from the salicylic acid, citric acid, or just the weather, but something has changed. My scalp used to be really sensitive, itchy, and flaky with symptoms that felt like seborrheic dermatitis. I think it's because I have atopic skin naturally. That's why I never skimped on shampoo and tried so many different products, spending a lot of money in the process. But this shampoo is the first one I'm writing a review for after using the entire bottle. First, the flaking has noticeably disappeared, so my scalp looks much cleaner. Second, the itching is almost completely gone. The itching that used to bother me so much has totally vanished. After just one week of use, the itching is barely there. Third, it's definitely not greasy, but it's not dry either. I'm so satisfied that I really hope others with sensitive scalps like mine will try it when it goes on sale. I'm sticking with this shampoo from now on. I even bought the conditioner to go with it. It might feel a bit stiff at first, but I don't experience any dryness or discomfort from it, so it doesn't really bother me. That said, if you have very dry skin, you might find it feels a little drying. Work up plenty of lather in your hands and massage your scalp gently, using your fingertips rather than your palms to massage in circular motions. Also, lukewarm water works best for rinsing.
