I'd give this product more than five stars if I could. My intimate area is extremely sensitive. I used to get frequent infections and suffered from the pain that came with them. I've tried so many products, but honestly, none of them compare to this one. I experimented with water-based formulas, gel formulas, tablets, powder types, and other intimate care products, but nothing worked for me. I was stuck alternating between rinsing with water only or using a medical solution once every three days. Now I use that medical solution preventatively about once a week, though I'll admit I sometimes forget and end up using it once a month or every other week instead. I've finally conquered my infection issues and don't need to visit the doctor anymore. This product has genuinely brought me comfort and relief. It's also a water-based formula, but I'm curious why this one works so perfectly for me when others didn't. I think the pH balance must be exactly right for my body. When I shower, I use a green body wash first, then follow with this feminine wash on my intimate area, and the results are amazing. I actually switched to another brand's body wash while keeping this feminine wash, and after using the other brand for a month, when there was still a third of the bottle left, my intimate area started hurting again. I threw that body wash away. After struggling with discomfort, I switched back to this company's green body wash and used the feminine wash, and within a week everything felt better. That's when I truly became a believer. I realized the other body wash had thrown off my pH balance, so switching back to the green one made all the difference. Now I stick with the green body wash and this feminine wash, and I won't use any other brand's feminine wash because it causes discomfort. Using just the feminine wash alone is fine, but I've learned that the body wash is equally important for maintaining proper pH balance. If you have sensitive skin and an intimate area like mine, I really recommend using both products together. There's honestly nothing bad about it. I really mean nothing. No matter how hard I think, I can't find a single downside. When you purchase through their live shopping events, you get free gifts, the prices are great, and there's truly nothing to complain about.
