I have dry skin and this doesn't leave my face feeling tight after application. I grabbed it during a sale and the price was really affordable too. The formula is quite thick and rich, which honestly isn't for me. It feels too heavy to wear in the morning. I've been using this for about six months now, and I apply this lifting cream during my moisturizing step. The texture glides on beautifully, it absorbs wonderfully, smells great, and best of all, my skin feels so much firmer and more lifted! I'm sticking with it consistently and I'm already on my second jar! My skin isn't particularly sensitive and I don't have acne-prone skin, so I'm not sure if that's why, but after applying a small amount, while the absorption is fine, it feels just slightly sticky? Other than that, everything else has been great! My routine is to use a toner and emulsion first, then apply a hydrating serum, follow with this cream, and finish with a nourishing facial oil. The texture is firmer than I expected, so I'd recommend applying plenty of hydrating toner first and then using it like a night cream. It works wonderfully that way! The fragrance is my main concern. I picked up the mist from the same line along with this cream, and I used the mist first. The baby powder scent was so overpowering that I was shocked to find this cream has the exact same fragrance. My previous Panthacel cream was fragrance-free, so I had no idea this would be scented. I bought it in bulk during the last sale without thinking twice, and honestly, applying it every time is really uncomfortable for me. I wish I'd known beforehand. Correction: It's actually a rose fragrance, not baby powder.
