The formula feels luxuriously rich and creamy, so it's perfect for generous application during winter. It has a nice red ginseng scent. The ginseng fragrance comes through quite strongly, and it feels like an artificial fragrance rather than a natural scent. I wish they'd left it out since the beneficial ingredients are already so good on their own. I was thrilled to finally try this cream that I'd been eyeing after winning the testing selection. I also got to try small samples of the skin booster and serum from the same line, and using them together really seemed to maximize the results. After experiencing this line, I really wanted to try the full routine, so I decided to make a purchase. I'm planning to repurchase this. Honestly, there's nothing disappointing about it. If I really had to pick something, when I first opened the product box, there was quite a bit of dust on the packaging, which was a minor letdown. But that's about it. The cream itself is truly flawless. Since I have breakout-prone skin, I use a treatment balm and apply an exfoliating toner with a skin pad, or apply a soothing mask to areas that need calming before applying the balm. Then I layer the routine as follows: Prime Genesis Skin Booster, Prime Genesis Empowering Serum, and Prime Genesis Revitalizing Cream.
