I keep these on while my breakouts are calming down and they really help soothe everything! I'm so committed to this product that I can't even switch to other patches - it's become my holy grail. The price is pretty steep, so I end up buying through group purchases. I'm on my eighth tube of this product now, and I absolutely love it! The soothing effect is fantastic, the pad is so thin that it doesn't fall apart easily, and it stretches really well so I can use it on larger areas without any hassle. I use it even during my sensitive skin days without any irritation, so I definitely recommend it. I honestly can't think of any downsides. The pad is absolutely saturated with essence, and using it as an exfoliating toner was completely gentle on my skin. I'd recommend this to anyone with oily, dry, or combination skin types. The only minor drawback is that because there's so much essence on the pad, it can drip a little bit. It stays put even when I blow dry my hair. The serum has a generous amount. My redness and irritation have definitely improved. I tried it because people said it was good for breakouts, but it doesn't seem to calm my skin very well. If anything, my breakouts got worse. My acne calmed down right away, and those pesky little bumps and raised spots disappeared immediately! Even though my skin is really sensitive, I didn't experience any irritation at all—I genuinely recommend this product! Whether you have dry, oily, or sensitive skin, this should work beautifully for everyone! I have atopic skin myself, and as long as I'm not having a flare-up, I experience barely any irritation. I really recommend it! The price is quite steep, and you don't get much product for what you pay. Plus, it's not available at Olive Young, which is frustrating. When using it with an exfoliating toner, apply it gently. If you're using a sheet mask, leave it on for about 5 minutes. This exfoliating toner is so gentle and doesn't irritate my skin at all. I loved it so much that I picked up the Centella version and the Tea Tree one too. I've been a serial pad buyer—I've gone through over 15 different toner pad brands without ever finishing a single one, but I think I've finally found my match with this. It doesn't leave any sticky residue, just a nice hydrated feel, and my makeup applies beautifully on top of it. It's pretty pricey when it's not on sale, which is a bummer.
