This cleansing foam is gentle and doesn't irritate my skin, which makes it really worth using. I'm definitely planning to buy another one next time as my go-to morning cleanser. I absolutely loved the herbal scent it has! I can't really think of any downsides to it. My elementary school daughter has been using this for her acne breakouts, and it seems to be working well. It's not like her skin cleared up overnight, but she's definitely getting fewer breakouts than before. I can't really think of any downsides to mention. Her skin hasn't gotten worse or experienced any irritation from it.

This product is absolutely amazing! I've been told to only use pH-balanced cleansing foam for so long that I never tried anything else. But no matter what I did, my skin kept breaking out. Using only pH-balanced cleansing foam without oil caused my skin to produce excess sebum, so I ended up doing double cleansing with oil, which really damaged my skin barrier. I knew something had to change, so I searched endlessly online and watched skincare YouTubers. That's when I discovered that alkaline cleansers might actually be better for some people. I decided to take a chance and picked a popular alkaline product, and honestly, it's been perfect for my skin! I have dry skin but my T-zone and chin get incredibly oily, and this foam cleanser removes the sebum that the pH-balanced one never could. It's not quite as effective as oil cleansing, but it keeps my skin oil-free for days without needing an oil cleanser. Especially in the morning, when I use this and then apply makeup, everything looks flawless. I was so worried for nothing, but I really think everyone should give alkaline cleansers a fair chance without all the anxiety. I'm definitely repurchasing this. Please don't discontinue it! The only downside I can think of is the price point, which feels a bit high. But honestly, since it's kept me from needing dermatologist visits, it's actually saving me money in the long run. My original routine was using pH-balanced cleanser in the morning and oil plus pH-balanced cleanser at night. Now I just use this product for a gentle morning cleanse. If you have acne-prone skin, please try this product - it's honestly the best cleansing formula I've ever used. I'm serious, it's amazing. I used to get so frustrated because even when I'd use other great products, the moment I'd stop using them, breakouts would come right back. But since I started using this, the redness has really faded and my skin feels so much clearer. My pores look better and I've noticed fewer blemishes and breakouts overall. Seriously, everyone should give this a try at least once. Don't use it both morning and night - stick to just the evening. The finish is surprisingly tight and matte, which makes it too harsh for morning use. If you have dry skin, I wouldn't recommend it. It feels amazing when I wash with this - my skin feels so clean and squeaky clean, like everything is thoroughly rinsed away. I love using this so much that I wish they offered a larger size option so I wouldn't run out as quickly.
