I've been using this after buying three at once. The texture is incredibly smooth, and there's no sticky residue left behind, so there's really nothing to complain about when using it. I was worried that the tea tree oil might irritate my skin, but I haven't experienced any breakouts or sensitivity issues. I used it once a day on a bare face, and I went through two bottles before a month had even passed. While the instructions say you can use less, the amount shown on the product page isn't really enough for one application in reality. If I were using this for makeup cleansing, it would run out even faster. Given my personal preference for larger sizes when it comes to oil cleansers, I don't think I'll repurchase. I wonder if the packaging is oversized, or if the container size is too large compared to the actual product amount. If the design could be adjusted, I'd suggest making it smaller. I love that this cleansing balm comes in a jar format rather than a tube, which feels so much more hygienic. It melts beautifully and smoothly when I massage it on my skin, making the rolling motion effortless, and it emulsifies wonderfully. True to its name with "pore" in it, this product really delivers on pore care and oil control. This cleansing balm feels thinner and more fluid compared to typical cleansing balms, so I found myself needing to use more product than expected. I wear waterproof eye makeup regularly, which doesn't come off easily, so a first cleanse is absolutely necessary for me. Oil-based cleansers feel heavy, and even after multiple rounds of cleansing, that sticky residue lingers. Emulsion-type, water-type, and cleansing tissues all struggle to remove it completely, but this balm? It works remarkably well. The dispenser is so convenient—I can pump out exactly what I need without getting product all over my hands. What really impressed me is how quickly this balm melts into my skin for a cleanser balm. It dissolves fast and removes makeup efficiently. There's a slight oily feel to it, but it doesn't leave that heavy, suffocating sensation. My makeup comes off beautifully. I was happy with how the formula feels and how the dispenser works, but there's one thing that bothers me: after I pump out the balm, some residue stays on the container's surface, and it feels a bit sticky and uncomfortable the next time I use it. The twist dispenser is convenient for getting exactly the amount you want, but if you're unsure how much to use, here's my tip! Since I focus my first cleanse on my eye area, I pump out a generous amount for my eyes first, then use that to melt and spread the product across my entire face. What makes this balm special is how it melts instantly the moment it touches your skin, spreads beautifully across your whole face, and has that slightly oily texture that gently dissolves makeup. Because of this, even a small amount spreads really well.

I tested this on my forearm with a full face of makeup and plenty of setting spray. First off, the twist-up design is super convenient and fun to use. Most cleansing balms require a spatula, which feels like a hassle, and using my bare hands feels unhygienic with the risk of getting product under my nails. This one solves all those problems. The sorbet-like texture melts into an oil as you roll it across your skin, gently dissolving makeup without any tugging. After using it, my skin feels incredibly hydrated and my skin texture has noticeably improved. My complexion feels so smooth and soft. I haven't experienced any breakouts, and it's gentle yet moisturizing. Long-wearing, highly pigmented lip products don't seem to come off easily. I had to scrub my arm for ages. It might need a dedicated lip and eye makeup remover as a second step. When I scoop the product from the jar opening, some residue gets left on the rim, so I need to wipe it with a tissue a couple of times. The lid feels a bit sticky when I close it, though it's not a major concern. The lid design does have this minor inconvenience.
