The best color lip balm! The price is steep, but this product is absolutely worth every penny. I'm on my third one right now and it's a winter essential for me! It works beautifully over lipstick and looks great applied on top. I can wear it before applying lipstick without any smudging, and even on bare lips it gives such a lovely flush of color. My lips are usually quite flaky, but this completely takes care of that issue! The price and the amount you get...
