This was my first time trying such a premium foundation, and I really deliberated before purchasing it. I'm so happy with my decision! Honestly, when I apply a solid base, my skin gets quite oily, and even a slight temperature change causes my makeup to break down. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with similar concerns. Yes, it's genuinely pricey for the amount you get, but it's absolutely worth every penny! Since the price is already so high, I wish the quantity was a bit more generous. But I suppose since it's a luxury product, they probably won't be reformulating it anytime soon, right?

Even when my skin gets oily, they don't look patchy or dirty (trust me, I know oily skin well!), and the transfer and creasing are surprisingly minimal considering how great the coverage is! Bobbi Brown is definitely pricey, but since I use their foundation for such a long time, I honestly can't find any real downsides to it. - no********Da trung tínhDa mụnBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenKhô từ bên trongLỗ chân lông toĐược đề xuất26/09/2020 (UTC+0)
It applies beautifully thin while still delivering impressive coverage. Sure, it transfers a bit onto my mask, but my base makeup doesn't completely fade away. No darkening at all!! The shade is absolutely gorgeous If you finish with powder, it becomes way too matte, so you really need to be careful about how much powder you use When my skin is feeling extra dry, I love dabbing it on with a damp sponge for a softer finish - jo*******Da dầuDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất05/03/2019 (UTC+0)
I typically prefer matte finishes, long-wearing formulas, and lightweight coverage, and I have oily skin. So I can't really compare this to hydrating foundations since they're completely different formulations. I used a pore-minimizing foundation brush from another brand, not the brand's own tool. Here are the advantages I found: 1. It applies incredibly thin. Honestly, it's thinner than most foundations I've tried, though slightly thicker than some luxury options I've used before. 2. Once it sets, there's absolutely zero transfer or smudging. 3. Despite being thin, the coverage is surprisingly decent. You can still see blemishes and scars, but it does a nice job concealing pores. 4. The shade is a perfect neutral tone—not too yellow or too pink. If you hate overly luminous or mismatched shades and prefer natural-looking color, you'll love this. 5. A little goes a long way. I can use less than one pump and just brush it on without any streaking—it blends out thin and even. Just make sure to work quickly before it sets. 6. It has a forest-like scent. This could be a pro or con depending on preference, but I didn't mind it. 7. Most foundations settle into the sides of my nose, but this one barely does. 8. The staying power is excellent. Usually my foundation gets patchy and chalky around my nose area, but this one holds up really well throughout the day. It's quite similar to another luxury foundation I've used, though this one is slightly less luminous and applies a bit thicker. That other one does have slightly better longevity, but it actually irritated my skin when I used it regularly. This formula is much gentler on my skin. 1. It can be quite demanding on your skin condition. On days when you have excess oil, you really need to prep your skin properly before applying. Similarly, if your skin is too dry, it will look patchy, so you need a solid skincare base. Your primer and sunscreen choice will also significantly affect how the foundation looks on you. 2. It lacks that luminous, radiant finish. I'm usually a shade 22-22.5, and this product in an unusually light shade matched my skin almost exactly—even with just a light sunscreen underneath. The color match was nearly identical, regardless of depth. 3. The ingredient list isn't particularly impressive. After using this for just three days straight, I noticed a few breakouts appearing. 4. It doesn't provide great coverage for redness or blemishes. 5. The application tool can also be demanding. When using a sponge-like applicator that tends to dry things out, you really need to nail your skincare routine first. 6. After several hours of wear, I noticed some slight darkening and pore visibility. This is a solid everyday foundation. I wouldn't reach for it on days when I need flawless, full coverage. The real strengths of this formula are its natural-looking finish with balanced color and application, its lightweight feel, and how it applies thin while maintaining a comfortable, powdery finish throughout the day. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, I'd skip this one. Even I experienced some inflammatory breakouts after using it for several consecutive days. - sw*******Da khôDa nhạy cảmĐược đề xuất19/02/2019 (UTC+0)
I'm on my second bottle now and I'm so happy with it! I've always struggled with my makeup disappearing throughout the day because my skin is really dry, but this product has completely solved that problem for me. I'm not sure if there's an ingredient in this that doesn't work for my skin, because sometimes I get a bit of irritation. That said, the staying power is really impressive, so I keep using it anyway.
