It's a green, half-moon shaped solid shampoo bar. When I worked up a lather with my hands, I got fine, delicate bubbles, but when I rubbed the bar directly onto my hair, it created such a rich, abundant lather. It contains natural plant extracts that provide deep cleansing, reaching even the tiniest impurities deep within your pores. Apparently, the regular shampoos we use every day contain harsh chemical surfactants that are also found in kitchen degreasers. Chemical shampoos have silicone and preservatives that can clog your scalp pores and cause irritation. This bar is made without unnecessary liquids, concentrating only the essential ingredients for healthier scalp care. Plus, it's formulated at a slightly acidic pH, so it's gentle and less irritating. The lather is soft and abundant, and it cleanses just like regular shampooing, but because it's a solid bar, it does feel a bit stiff and squeaky. I'm still getting used to solid shampoo bars since they're not my usual routine, so it's a bit inconvenient. My scalp feels incredibly refreshed after using this. The sticky, heavy buildup completely disappears. The scent is like lemon and orange peel—subtle and really pleasant. I noticed the formula has a generous amount of oil in it; after leaving the bar in my bathroom for a while, little beads of oil formed on the surface. For about two months after using it, my bathroom smelled amazing. The generous size means it lasts a really long time. Like other solid cleansing bars, my hair does feel a bit stiff after use. But honestly, that's just how these bars work—it's not unique to this brand. The size is quite large, which makes it a bit awkward to hold with one hand.
