It's made with jojoba seed oil, and I absolutely love the ingredient quality and the fact that it's fragrance-free. As you can see in the photos, my baby's cheeks were completely irritated and chapped. I tried so many different products that people recommended, but nothing seemed to work. The skin was still dry, but starting from day three of using this jojoba stick balm, I noticed a real difference in how my baby's face looked. That's when I decided to stick with it! I fell in love with the Botanical Therapy brand because of this product, so I've switched over all my baby care essentials to their line - body wash, emulsion, cream, everything! (The redness around the eyes is just from my baby practicing tummy time and rubbing their face on the floor a lot, so that's not from the product!) I haven't experienced any issues so far, but I've read other reviews mentioning that the twist cap on the container sometimes arrives defective. In the morning, I wash my baby's face and apply emulsion and cream, then carefully spread the stick balm all over. During the day, I reapply it every four hours between feedings. At night, after bath time, I apply it and then seal it in, and I do one more thin layer right before bedtime!

It works wonderfully on areas like elbows and knees! The formula is quite firm, so it takes a bit of effort to apply it on the face.
