The staying power is incredible, and the color payoff is amazing. Whenever I'm feeling a bit tired or my complexion looks dull, I just apply this and my whole face instantly looks refreshed and lifted. It's honestly become one of those products I keep reaching for again and again. There is a distinctive scent that some people might not love, so that could be a consideration. Personally, I'm usually sensitive to fragrance, but this one didn't bother me at all. The color itself feels like the perfect classic red! The packaging is nice too The scent is a bit off-putting... The staying power is decent, but it does tend to separate and settle unevenly on the lips quite a bit

This is an honest, true red shade that would be perfect for anyone who loves a classic red lip. When applied on its own, the formula doesn't glide on smoothly and it really emphasizes dry patches. The scent isn't my favorite either. Plus, as someone with a light undertone, this shade just doesn't complement my skin tone the way I'd hoped. I find that burgundy shades work much better for me. I personally find that the formula doesn't apply as smoothly when worn alone, so I prefer to layer it over another lipstick for a better finish.

This formula is absolutely perfect for my lips! The velvety texture sits beautifully between the moisture and smoothness, and I'm obsessed with how vibrant and true the color payoff is! It does tend to emphasize dry patches a bit, and it transfers onto my mask pretty easily. The color also smudges more than I'd like.

When I applied it, it felt a bit off for my skin tone, but the color itself is such a beautiful, clear red. First of all, the application is incredibly smooth. It goes on with a velvet finish, so if you want it to blend evenly, I'd suggest gently tidying it up with a cotton swab. The color payoff and staying power are both great, but since it has a matte finish, it does feel a bit drying. Skin tone: deep undertone - estimated shade 21 with cool undertones (leaning toward deep undertone..!) This color doesn't suit me well since I have low saturation and prefer avoiding deep shades. Color I tested this shade thoroughly on the back of my hand during lockdown before purchasing. While the color doesn't flatter me as much as I'd hoped, it's genuinely stunning...! What I love about this brand is how extensive their shade range is - it gives you so many options to choose from. It's like shopping for lipstick at MAC, you know? They have plenty of unconventional shades alongside classic beautiful ones. I checked the website and this is listed as a winter cool tone recommendation, which explains why it didn't work as well for me. I usually do well with highly saturated colors, but this one has a deep quality when applied to the lips. Since you can't apply it sheer, when you use the full opacity, it gives off a really mature red vibe. There's definitely some depth to it, so it's not my perfect shade, but I think it would look absolutely gorgeous for classic Western-style makeup or when wearing a bold red lip with a dressed-up outfit. Formula This is both a pro and a con - when you apply this shade as a full lip color, it lasts incredibly long unless you eat. The formula is a tint, but unlike mousse tints that feel powdery and matte, this one feels like you've literally stuck a sticker on your lips - it sets firmly. It's shocking how that happens. Wrinkle settling The way this settles into fine lines is absolutely intense. Curious how many wrinkles you have? Just try this once and you'll find out. Blending - use your fingers or a brush! Don't just tap it on carelessly or it'll look patchy. Full lip application - this works out cleanly. Just a tip: if you try to adjust the amount by using the back of the applicator, it won't apply nicely.
