I was really happy with this! When my acne was at its worst, using this product definitely helped reduce breakouts. It made such a noticeable difference for me. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that it feels a little sticky on the skin. But honestly, I still really like it overall. I bought this product because it seemed like it would be moisturizing and soothing for my skin. The moisturizing part is definitely true, but I'm not sure about the other benefits. When I applied this, it felt itchy and slippery, which I really didn't like. It's so hydrating and comes in a generous size, so I use it pretty freely without worrying. During winter when my skin feels parched, this really does the trick and keeps everything feeling moisturized. For me personally, it doesn't absorb as well as I'd hoped. It just sits on my skin without sinking in, which was disappointing. I end up using it carelessly because of that.

At first I applied it by hand and let it absorb, but the second time I used it as a sheet mask for about 10 minutes. A few minutes after taking it off, my face started itching like crazy. I thought it was just a minor irritation at first, so I didn't think much of it, but then my face got really hot and the itching became unbearable. When I looked in the mirror, my entire face was bright red - it was shocking! I ended up taking allergy medication and it eventually settled down, so I'm not too worried, but I think it's worth being cautious. I checked the ingredients and found 4 components that can trigger allergies for me. Has anyone else experienced an allergic reaction after using this as a sheet mask? It seemed like such a great toner for sheet masking, which is disappointing. I've been using this for over 2 months now, and while it's a bit heavy and sticky for oily skin as a toner, I'm totally fine with it since I only use this one product during summer! Highly recommend for dry skin!! The hydration is absolutely amazing I wouldn't strongly recommend this for oily skin. The application was really satisfying, and because it feels so hydrating, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone with dry skin. I've also noticed that it helps calm down breakouts and irritation. The absorption could be better - without using a toner pad, you really have to pat it in quite a bit. I wish it did even more to soothe troubled skin. I was initially hesitant about the heavy, rich texture and worried it might feel too occlusive, but surprisingly, those stubborn forehead bumps completely disappeared. Whether it was this product alone or a combination of factors, I'm not sure, but the results speak for themselves—I'm really impressed. Because of the heavier formula, I think people with oily or combination skin might find it a bit challenging to use. If you layer it twice, you honestly won't even need a hydrating essence afterward—it's that moisturizing.
