The weight and grip feel great in my hand, so it's really comfortable to use. The curved shape glides smoothly along your body contours, making it perfect for a gentle massage! Since it has a mud formula, I made sure to give extra attention to areas prone to breakouts and congestion. The finish feels incredibly smooth and refined! I love that you can massage while cleansing. It's such a convenient product that really does the job well. It's slipperier than I expected, so it's hard to get a firm grip with your hands. The bar has a solid gua sha shape that holds up beautifully without crumbling. It lathers wonderfully and has a pleasant, inoffensive scent. I'm really regretting this purchase. It doesn't rinse off my hands easily, and since it's soap-based, it keeps producing bubbles when I try to use it like a gua sha tool for massage. That defeats the whole purpose, so I end up just using it as regular soap anyway. At that point, I'm left wondering what the actual benefit of this product is supposed to be. Honestly, I've only used it a handful of times and it's been sitting unused ever since. Total regret buy.

This soap is perfect if you want to try using a body bar as a gua sha tool - it's a great introduction to that technique! The size felt a bit small for me! Since gua sha tools need to be gripped firmly to work effectively on areas like shoulders and collarbones, I found the curved edges were a bit cramped to work with, and the overall size just felt too compact. That said, this could be because I have larger hands and a broader frame. This is a gua sha-shaped soap product. I'm genuinely impressed with BR Mud products, so I've tried everything from their cleansing foam to their masks, and I finally got around to using their gua sha soap too. The scent on this one is absolutely wonderful. I left it in my room for a bit before using it, and the lovely fragrance quickly filled the space so subtly. Now that I keep it in my bathroom, it's basically working as a diffuser too! I start by dampening it with a little water to create a lather, then use it like a gua sha tool to massage along my jawline and lymph nodes, and it feels incredibly refreshing! When I use it in the morning, it seems to help reduce puffiness too! I have to say, the concept of a gua sha soap is such a clever idea! For my combination skin, the cleansing power is really effective and leaves that satisfying squeaky-clean feeling. I'm definitely planning to repurchase this 2000% over! It keeps my skin so hydrated and the texture doesn't break down during gua sha massage. The whole routine of masking, cleansing, and massaging together is absolutely amazing I honestly can't find anything to complain about... I love it so much, please stock more of it! Yes yes yes
