I have oily and sensitive skin, and this product works wonderfully for me. Rather than a treatment toner, I'd recommend it as a gentle, refreshing everyday essential that won't irritate your skin. It's great value for money, doesn't feel sticky, and I'm already on my second bottle. For my oily skin, the hydration level was plenty sufficient, but if you have dry skin, you might find the moisture content a bit lacking.

As someone with dry skin, I found it absorbs quickly and smoothly right after application, and there's no pilling when I layer my other skincare products on top. I think the lightweight formula is comfortable enough for oily skin types too. For my dry skin in my thirties, this product felt too plain and underwhelming. This viscous water toner is perfect for layering and absorbs beautifully into the skin. The centella scent is just right—not overpowering, which I really appreciate. I bought this thinking it was an exfoliating toner, but it turned out to be something different. I have quick-drying, sensitive skin that's prone to breakouts, so I decided to try out the cica line. It's more like an essence than a toner, so I cleanse with another toner first and then apply it. It has a slightly sticky texture, which means the hydration is really solid. I'm really happy with how I'm using it. I'm using it alongside other products from the same brand, but honestly I haven't noticed anything particularly special about it so far. I switched out both my ampoule and toner this time, and my skin was really irritated from the ampoule. This toner did an amazing job calming everything down. It's definitely great for soothing sensitive skin. It absorbs super quickly, which makes my skin feel a bit dry. I don't think I'll be able to use this during winter. If cica works well for your skin, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try. If you have dry skin though, be warned that this might feel too drying for you. The absorption is incredibly fast.

Formula: The scent is absolutely soothing and healing! It perfectly matches the brand's logo and vibe. I'm obsessed with it. Hydration: It feels less drying than other toners I've tried. Application: It glides on smoothly and leaves my skin looking beautifully refined. When I soak a cotton pad and use it as a sheet mask, my skin feels cooler and more refreshed, which is amazing. Absorption: It absorbs incredibly well! Once applied, it sinks in on its own without any patting needed. Packaging: The white packaging looks so luxurious and premium, and the cap is sturdy enough that I'm confident it will never leak. Texture: I bought this thinking it was an exfoliating toner, but I didn't realize it was a gel formula. Packaging: There's no transparent window to check how much product is left, so I have to unscrew the entire cap to see the remaining amount, which is inconvenient. I ordered the pads and ended up trying a sample version instead. At first, I didn't notice the calming effect, but the more I used it, the more impressed I became. The hydration and moisture feel really satisfying and my skin feels so dewy. Honestly, I think this works better for soothing my skin compared to other centella pads I've tried. I really can't think of any downsides, honestly. I'm planning to buy a larger size soon so I can keep using it. This is my review after using the BRTC sample for about 3 weeks. The formula has a slightly yellowish tint and is a typical toner consistency. I could layer it twice without any heaviness, and it absorbed beautifully without any stickiness. My skin didn't feel dry either. I noticed a real calming effect on my complexion, probably thanks to the centella cica ingredients. But honestly, what I loved most was the fragrance - it's absolutely lovely! I'm definitely planning to repurchase this. The product itself is great with nothing to complain about during use, but I was surprised there weren't more reviews. I'm relieved to use this because it doesn't contain harmful ingredients like I expected. Compared to other products, this one feels richer and more nourishing with a slightly thicker texture. Even though I have sensitive skin, I'm using it without any issues! I started using it because it's known to be great for calming and soothing the skin. The dispenser opening is a bit inconvenient to use, but it's not a big deal.
