I've been using this for nearly 20 years now because I've seen such amazing results in calming my skin irritation. I'm confused about what this product is really for. When I get actual bug bites or hives, I reach for a proper ointment. But with this cosmetic product having that ointment-like texture, I honestly can't figure out where to use it or how to get results from it. It's compact and easy to carry around, plus since you can melt it in your hands, it applies so smoothly and effortlessly. Since you have to melt it in your hands to use it, I'm a bit concerned about the hygiene aspect. I mainly use this product for inflamed, pus-filled breakouts. I've tried it on small, closed comedones too, but it doesn't seem to work as well on those. What really impresses me is how quickly it works on those stubborn, painful blemishes that pop up around the nose, above the upper lip, and under the chin. I just apply it right away, and within three days, they flatten out completely. I found the herbal, grass-like scent pleasant, but I can see how it might not be everyone's cup of tea. I really appreciate that this balm doesn't contain pore-clogging ingredients like so many other multi-balms do. I love how I can easily dispense it straight from the container and apply it by hand to dry areas, which gives me great control over how much I use. Plus, the moisturizing benefits last for hours after just one application! When I apply it around my eyes, they get a bit itchy. It's funny because even my cat's eyes seem to get slightly irritated when I pet her with the hand I've applied the ointment to! But I'm still going to keep using it anyway. If you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend skipping the eye area and applying this to dry patches throughout the day instead!

It's so convenient to apply anywhere on my skin, honestly! I've been using this since I was little, so I trust it completely. I know it might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the scent is absolutely amazing to me. I'd definitely buy it again if they made a fragrance like this. Even when I'm not wearing it, I find myself wanting to smell it whenever I get the chance because it smells that good. Not really any major issues, to be honest. The only thing is that it has a greenish tint, so the area where I apply it looks a bit green.
